The JoyToners                       Awakening the Sound of JOY Within

The Joytoners are a community group that has come together to share their healing intentions through toning. JoyToning consists of words and vocal sounds that we sing/chant with intention and with feeling into our body. Toning releases any stuck energy and balances the energies of Body, Mind & Spirit.

Our first intention is to find our connection to the source of joy. That joy lives within each of us. When we take the time to connect with our inner joy we reinforce our connection with our spiritual side.

I like to imagine myself in the movie Peter Pan finding my happy thought!

By finding a moment of happiness or Joy you activate that memory cell in your DNA and it turns that frequency on in the body. The more you practice this exercise the better results you get. Try it right now! Close your eyes and remember a moment of happiness and joy that you experienced. Every time you are feeling down remember that moment or other joyful moments and you will be uplifted and the energy will change.

As we start each group JoyToning session we center ourselves on wholeness and joy in every cell of our body. Most of our members are not singers although we sometimes sound a specific note of the musical scale together. JoyToning is easy and anyone with a voice can do it. We have created many

audio Cds for you to tone along with.

You don't need to be a singer to tone, just open your mind & heart and make a joyful sound!

“You are joy, looking for a way to express. It’s not just that your purpose is joy, it is that you are joy. You are love and joy and freedom and clarity expressing.  And so, if you’re always reaching for alignment with that, you’re always on your path, and your path will take you into all kinds of places”.

"The same stream of life that runs through the world runs through my veins night and day and dances in rhythmic measure.  It is the same life that shoots in joy through the dust of the earth into the numberless blades of grass and breaks into tumultuous waves of flowers." ~ Rabindranath Tagore
