The JoyToners are a community group that has come together to share their healing intentions through toning. Joy Toning consists of words and vocal sounds that we sing/chant with intention and with feeling into our body to release stuck energy and build energy where we are lacking to create a harmonic balance between Body, Mind & Spirit. As we start each session we center ourselves on wholeness and joy in every cell of our body.
